A 'puzzle' screen saver. A simple screen saver which takes the current desktop view and turns it into one of those slide puzzels. It moves the squares of the screen around, muddleing it up

A 'Picture of Pictures' maker. You give it a picture and it will search its own database for smaller pictures to replace parts of the large.

An mpeg encoder - with an easy drap and drop file organisation mechanism
